You Are What You Eat. What Would YOU Like to Be?
A healthy diet keeps your body in optimal condition. Eating well keeps your heart and brain healthy, your bones and teeth strong, your weight under control, and your energy levels balanced. Most importantly you are more likely to stay disease-free and increase the longevity of your life. An unhealthy diet can make you tired, depressed, bloated, and vitamin-deficient, among many more negative consequences. Even if your exercise is perfect, you will not get any results if you have poor nutrition.
Where Do I Begin?
The most important part about changing your lifestyle is making sure that your nutrition is balanced. This means that you must have your amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, macronutrients, and micronutrients based on your level of exercise. This can be very overwhelming and very confusing for a lot of people. Because we are all so genetically diversified, there is no particular diet that is perfect for everyone. There is no such thing as a quick-fix diet. In order to be healthy as a whole, you must make a permanent nutritional lifestyle change.
Motive 8 Fitness understands the major diet changes you will have to go through to stay fit for a lifetime. The meal plan that we design for you will be created based on your needs as an individual. We will guide you the whole way through making the necessary changes to achieve a perfectly balanced diet. No guess work involved on your part.
Individualized Meal Plan
The Motive 8 Fitness meal plan is specifically designed for YOU and your individual health and fitness goals. During your nutritional consultation, we will talk about your current eating habits and how they impact your daily living. You will receive access to your own client portal where you will find recipes, grocery lists, and food logs. Or, download our app and take your nutrition plan wherever you go. Whether you want to lose weight, and/or increase lean muscle, we know how to help.
