Do you feel more motivated exercising in a group setting? Would you rather spend your time in the sunshine? Motive 8 Fitness brings you the same structured and effective workouts in our summer bootcamps.

Bootcamps are outdoor group workouts (typically 8-15 participants) that include many different training tools and methods. In our bootcamp you can expect a fun, fast paced workout with lots of variety and great music. Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and prepare to have fun!

Our Bootcamps

The bootcamps we run are designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding. Exercises are chosen to provide you with a whole body training regimen that is not repetitive and boring. Training multiple large muscle groups during every exercise is the most efficient way to train your body and maximize your workout. Training as a group keeps you motivated and on track as you all work towards a common goal and share in the experience. We bring a wide variety of training tools with us that include (but are not limited to): body bars, TRX, BOSU, kickboxing pads, bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, ropes, ladders, and many more. Come and join us for a workout that is beyond ordinary.
